As much as I have loved the changing seasons, I have to say that October has been an exhausting month. We started it off with two trips in a row (marathon and Disneyland). Then, one week later, I had a few procedures on my veins. Mix in all 4 boys getting sick and you've got yourself a bit of chaos. Thanks to my mom and good friends for taking care of us. It's a good thing that we don't live close to my mom...I'd be
way too needy for her help.

Are you kidding me with your legs?! That's some serious business. At least you got a week with mom out of it!
Wow! What a month. Did you get those beautiful veins from being prego? I had them with my last 2 pregnancies but they faded quiet a bit after I delievered and haven't seemed to have a problem with them. I hope they stay that way or I'll be heading in for some of that vein therapy myself. Good luck healing and good job with all that racing even with bad veins. YOu're amazing.

HELLOOOO! It's so good to "see" you! I'm glad you checked in on us so I could reciprocate. I'm glad you were able to have the surgery, but oooh ouch! How are things healing? I have been riding a bunch with a friend up hear. Over the summer we were going 3x's a week but now we're lucky to get 2. We're trying a new schedule this week... we'll see if we can get back to 3. We do Villa Ridge... do you know that ride. It's about a 25 mi ride but I still have yet to find shoes that don't hurt so as for now I'm still with my lame-o toe cages!!!
I'm gonna call you K? It's good to "hear" from you.
